CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

Deposits will be forfeited if the client does not show up or reschedules within 1 week of their appointment.

if you need to reschedule your 6-8 week touch up you may be pushed out another 6 weeks as the calendar fills up.

there is a reschedule fee of $40 if you need to change your touch-up appointment to another day.

no show clients will be dropped.

if you reschedule your appointment more than once, you will not be seen as a client and deposits will not be refunded.
